Laurent-Perrier Design Talent Award in association with Hidden Art, 29th June 2006
 
The first Laurent-Perrier Design Talent Award will be awarded to the top Hidden Artdesigner-maker exhibiting at the Laurent-Perrier New Design Gallery with Hidden Artat The Daily Telegraph/House and Garden Fair 2006. Work from the Hidden Artdesigner-makers can found at www.hiddenartshop.com.
 
A panel including author and curator Max Fraser, director of the Geffrye Museum David Dewing, and MD of Laurent-Perrier David Hesketh will judge the award; the winner will be announced on the opening day of the event, 29 June, 9am, at the International Designer Rooms Area, Central hall, Olympia, London.
The award will be judged on the following criteria: innovation, quality, visual impact and commercial viability. The winner will receive £1,000 prize money and a trip to Champagne, France.
 
The Laurent-Perrier New Design Gallery with Hidden Art will present the UK’s top up-and-coming designers of interior products at the House and Garden Fair. The show will offer visitors the rare opportunity to buy original pieces from emerging young talent.

Hidden Art is a membership organisation that supports and promotes designer-makers, while offering companies and members of the public access to original design.
