An exhibition of twelve Hidden Art members’ work will be showcased this Christmas at Canary Wharf. Visitors will be able to see a wide range of modern and contemporary products that they can buy online direct from the designer-makers through Hiddenart.com.

 

Featuring a range of textiles, ceramics, lighting and interior products from East London’s most inspiring designers, the exhibition runs from Sunday 9 December 2003 until Friday 10 January 2004 in  the two galleries in the main pedestrian cross roads at the entrance from the Jubilee Line Underground station into Canary Wharf. Taking its theme from the 12 of Days of Christmas works include;

Eleven Pipers piping …. Tube cushion by Barley Massey

Twelve drummers drumming …Drum Lamps by Helen Rawlinson

This showcasing event is one of many opportunities that designer–makers can benefit from Hidden Art membership, which aims to offer business support, training and marketing opportunities for members in the East London area. Hidden Art Membership can also offer ‘Friends’ who are interested in buying direct from designers, opportunities to visit designer-makers’ studios and attend talks and events with designers.
