ReDesign at Dray Walk Gallery was one of our favourites of the festival, showcasing environmentally sound designs from 50 established and new designers.
 
ReDesign, spearheaded by Hidden Art memebers Jason and Sarah of WeMake, is a not for profit organisation eith a passion for friendly, sustainable design. Sarah certainly wins Superwoman of the Year hands down for working solidly on this project while taking care of a newborn baby!

Spinifex at RE Design L
Tlip Kitchen Trees by Spinifex: reclaimed laminated chipboard from local office and house refurbishements is used to make these handy kitchen trees.
Kate Goldsworthy at RE Design L
Multi-sheer Shade by Kate Goldsworthy: using clean printing and digital cutting to minimise waste and monomaterial polyester components designed for disassembly for easy recycling.

Sushi board by Leonhard Pfeifer: made from sustainable Thai rubberwood, the sushi board introduces ritual and interaction into a meal.
Fabrications at RE Design L
Roadworks rug panels by Fabrications: a witty re-use of bicycle inner tubes. The modular panels can be zipped together to make a roadway.
