Alison Coward, Director of Bracket, will provide tips on Project Management: making the ideas happen, managing time and communication and using online tools and social media to support these aims. This talk will also focus on finding collaborators – identifying personal skills and promoting them as well as networking through social media to find people outside of usual circles.

Margo Selby, Textile Designer, will be discussing personal experiences regarding collaborative ventures and her approach to identifying potential collaborations. She will focus on which aspects have and haven’t worked and lessons leant regarding time management, communication and costs.
