Documents for Hidden Art members on the E-shop are kept below.
If you are new to the E-Shop and this is the first time you are submitting products which have been accepted, the following need to be submitted:
1. Designer-Maker Retail and Wholesale Supply Agreement (send by post)
2. Appendix 2A Product Application Form
3. Appendix 2B Retail&Wholesale Pricing Sheet
4. PLUS your High Res images for each product. Save according the instructions on the Product Application Form
If you are already on the E-Shop you will notice that the Product Application Form has changed. Submit your products text details on the Product Application Form and your pricing info on the new Retail & Wholesale Pricing Sheet.
Old non 2009 versions of Product Application Forms will not be accepted.
