‘Outside’ was the name of Committee’s display at Dilmos Milano’s Salone del Mobile show. Featuring indoor objects designed with a twist, their display was spearheaded by five Bamboo Lamps which were constructed especially for the show. For the escapist in all of us, the Door Rug offers a trapdoor-like portal in a high quality floor rug. Fly Tip Wallpaper and The Kebab Lamp also provided sparkling design concepts with a sustainability focus. The Kebab Lamp takes the traditional lamp structure but uses the pole to ‘skewer’ detritus from modern day society. Meanwhile, Fly Tip Wallpaper pays homage to city waste via top quality, hand screen-printed wallpaper.
