Barley Massey & Bel Tidswell (Emotional Baggage Handlers) welcome visitors to come and participate in their thought provoking and fun installation located in the Furniture Works showroom during this year's Hidden Art Forum.
 
Come to contemplate and evaluate where you are now in your business in our cosy lounging area, try out the 'Lucky Dice', share your ideas and thoughts with other designer-makers.
 
Facing a brick wall in your business? Barley & Bel invite you to hang up your hang-ups by writing it on a brick wall and help you to move forwards and assess where you want your business to go. Barley & Bel will assist you to set three key objectives for your journey, encouraging you to be SMART! (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Timeframe).
 
Fill out your three key objectives on a small form which will then be laminated and turned into your own personal 'Key to Success' keyring - to be collected before leaving the Forum!

About the designers
 
'Emotional Baggage' is an interactive installation and collaboration between Barley Massey & Bel Tidswell.
 
Barley Massey is textile designer maker specialising in working with recycled materials, she also runs the 'Fabrications' gallery located on Broadway Market in Hackney. see www.fabrications1.co.uk
 
Bel Tidswell has a background of advocacy and youthwork and is an experienced motivational group work facilitator.She is currently studying towards a degree in Social Work whilst working part time with young carers offering them one-to-one support and counselling.
