Guest exhibitor selection depends on both the Guild’s Selection for Membership criteria (highest standards of Design, Originality and Craft Skills including innovation); it also depends on the members’ exhibitor list, so that Guest Exhibitors are not in direct competition with our members – this, unfortunately does rule out guest jewellers, since the Guild always have several jewellers at their shows. If your work fits the criteria, you will be sent a booking form and request for a £30 deposit, the balance of the stand fee to be paid no less than 6 weeks prior to the event.

The guide prices given are for a ‘standard’ space (approx. 3m x 2m). Please note that it is only an approximation, final costs for space depend on size and position and are fixed by the co-ordinator following the preparation of the budget for that show. If a member, at events where practicable, wishes to share a space with one or more members, please so indicate at time of booking.
The Guild’s Publicity Officer, Helen Warren, will be undertaking the publicity for each show; in addition, each exhibitor is expected to do their own mailshot, distribute fliers etc.
Please note that our co-ordinators are members working hard at their craft who have volunteered to give time to organise an event for you. Please co-operate fully by responding promptly to requests for information and payment.
