Gabi Bolton believes patterns have a powerful impact on the mind. Eventhe smallest fragments are enough to conjure images of a childhoodmemory. As a surface pattern designer with a passion for printedtextiles, she has recently launched her first Homewares collection forOriginal little bird. The collection includes Aprons, Lovely Laundrybags, Oven cloths and much more. The print '1st Bird' is also availableby the metre in 4 beautiful colourways.
 
Inspiration comes fromall kinds of journeys with eyes wide open. Trees are a particularlyinspirational at this time with their strong connection to the seasons.Gabi is working on ways of creating more one off pieces based on theirrichly textured and patterned qualities, whilst continuing to developnew ideas for Original Little Bird, including Tiles, Wallpaper,textiles and Fashion accessories. She believes that the potential forintelligent pattern in our daily lives has yet to be fully exploited.
 
Collaboration is welcome on projects for textiles, Interiors, Exteriors and materials for keeping warm.
