Yu Jordy Fu works in-between art and architecture, shegraduated from Central Saint Martins College of Arts and Design with a firstclass degree in Spatial Design, and then received a Master of Arts degree inArchitecture from the Royal College of Art London. Yu Jordy Fu had her firstsolo art exhibition at Beijing Capital Museum at age of six, her artworks havebeen published into two books and her architectural project was exhibited atthe Venice Architecture Biennial. In 2005, Jordy was selected by the BritishCouncils as one of the ten young designer representing UK creativity in atouring exhibition in China. In 2008 Jordy was commissioned by the SouthbankCentre to design chandeliers for Royal Festival Hall London. Yu Jordy Fu alsohas extensive architectural design experiences in some of the most prestigearchitecture and design practices in the world such as Future Systems, andSkidmore, Owings & Merrill. 

Yu Jordy Fu launched herfirst sustainable product range Cloud Lamps at the Milan international furniturefair April 2009, to pursue her dream of creating better environments forpeople, she used her artist’s creativity and architect’s sensibility to createa product line that fills ordinary domestic spaces with magic and intimacy.JordyLtd is a London based company specialises creating environments that engageemotions; through sustainable product design and creative architecturalconcepts.
