After graduated with a master in Industrial design from the Scuola politecnica di design in Milan, Rona started her career in1997 as a multi-discipline industrial designer in different design studios in Milan and London. In 2007, Rona set up rmkdesignoffice in the heart of Hackney in east London and exhibited the first works in Milan and Vienna. Short time after launching rmkdesignoffice, Rona started to write as a freelance journalist for BVD design magazine on new design trends.
