Nadia Sheltawy has worked in web design for over 10 years but decided to indulge her passion for lovely things by retraining as a textile designer. She was inspired to develop a range of products for the home that marry bright modern style with organic natural shapes.

The Bouquet clock is the most successful of all the products she has created and was inspired by the idea of having a bouquet of flowers that would just last and last. The contrast between shiny glossy Perspex and the natural organic floral style has won many admirers and happy customers. 
   
   
Design Process     
Flowers collected on her travels are used as inspiration for the designs. The clocks are laser cut in the UK and the lampshades are digitally printed and also made in the UK.
   
   
Sales  
Nadia Sheltawy's products are sold through Hidden Art and also through other online boutiques such as Not On The High Street and mydeco.com. Lane Crawford in Hong Kong (Hong Kong's Harvey Nichols), has recently bought products.

Nadia's work has appeared again and again in the press. Publications have included Grazia, Living etc., Sunday Times Style, Independent Magazine, Grand Designs, Ideal Home, Red Magazine as well as the Red Direct Catalogue and Stylist Magazine.
