British designer-maker Selina Rose set up her textile surface design studio in 2005. She uses cutting-edge technology to create intricately cut and printed interior textiles. Working predominantly with industrial felt, Selina combines delicate surface decoration, embroidery and screen printing with innovative cutting techniques to create unique interior products. Final products include cushions, light-shades and throws. Selina has recently been awarded a start-up grant from The Arts Council England to enable her to develop her creative practice. The funding has allowed her to purchase the machinery used in the creation of her work. Price range: £35 upwards Click here to buy work by Selina Rose online from the Hidden Art E-Shop. |
