Trained at Middlesex University (Furniture Design) and went on to do an MA at Central St Martins (Industrial Design).

Since 1983 Jasper has been working as a freelance designer for many private and business clients and has taught at leading UK institutions (including Kingston University and Central St Martins). The company specialises in 'green' design and sustainable production.

Currently he is working on furniture and lighting projects for UK manufacturers, most recently office furniture for Gordon Russell. His work has been exhibited and published internationally, including at the Milan Fiera and in ‘The Eco design Handbook’ (Thames & Hudson)
