Archipelago, a set of small incidental/coffee tables, is the first piece in a series from London-based designer Charles Trevelyan based on the translation of 2D graphic identities into furniture. The prototype utilises a layered MDF construction with a lacquered finish, however production versions will also be available in a hardwood veneer.

Tectonic is an extendable coffee table playing on the movement of the Earth's tectonic plates. As the two halves slide apart, textured rollers cause the table to vibrate and growl as in an earthquake. When extended, a hidden storage compartment is revealed.
